Blow it up, leave, and come back.
I've run into this with not only that Hustler, but with the Infernus in
Paradiso and the Stafford at the hotel in SF.
Blow it up and the respawn should be open.

Thanks for the response, it's been bugging me, thought it was hot coffee at
1st, uninstalled it, restarted game, and at the same point I couldn't get
the thing to open. I will try this when I get home, as I am postive it will
work.

hmmm... weird. should open on first try. maybe you lost something as
soon as you gained it. Try dating he once more. TBH if memory serves
me right I took that car to my garage and saved and when I came back
it had gone. It's also freely available later. I also think that it
might become available to you when she next parks it outside, rather
than as soon as it says you have the keys, but could be wrong there.
