That's probably it. It pisses me off that games are still being released
for XP that require admin rights. I have MP games that will only run
under admin account which raises the security risk. Vita won't allow
that behavior.

Maybe he has more than one account on his computer and the one he is
running the game under does not have admin rights. No one else uses my
PC but I still have more than one account. I have a limited user account
just for when I'm on the internet as it increases your security. That's
the way XP is meant to be used.
