Potomac Distribution has announced an "Heir to the Blood" expansion
for a late November release.

Ebony Kingdom has been announced for a May 27, 2009 release date.
The preview is up.

Keepers of Tradition was released November 19, 2008.

Twilight Rebellion was released on May 31, 2008.

Blood Shadowed Court was released April 15th, 2008.

Lords of the Night was released September 26th, 2007.

Sword of Caine was released on March 19th, 2007.

The Third Edition of the Sabbat set was released on September 4th,
2006

Nights of Reckoning was released on April 10th, 2006.

Due to the success of Sabbat War, another expansion entitled 'Final
Nights' was released on June 11, 2001. Final Nights focuses on the 4
Independent Clans: Ravnos, Giovanni, Assamite, and Followers of Set.
Final Nights was reprinted in mid 2002.

"Sabbat War" - a re-release of the original Sabbat expansion with new
cards added was released in October 2000. Due to the overwhelming
demand, a second printing was released in January 2001. A third print
run of Sabbat War was released in mid 2002.

While I love ya Lasombra, not all who play vtes have seen your light,
or in this case your shadow.

The real point is that there is an expansion coming out, and unless
I'd seen it here, I wouldn't know it, and I frequent WW's site.

Perhaps WW knows that the community is all word of mouth, and doesn't
care to post there, but a stickied forum post would mean a lot. I
would rather LSJ stick to rules, and design, so before anyone pins
anything on him, please don't.

I don't know how big the game is for them, a few years ago it was
described as "not making us unhappy" so I am glad it is still around.

Couldn't agree more with all of the above.

Now, does that mean that WW is sure that the players will buy at least as
much not knowing beforehand what is in the expansion ?

If so, I don't know if it bodes well for the quality of said expansion.

And they're wrong, because pre-orders are a big part of the sales, and many
players won't pre-order (or order less) without knowing more. And they'll
buy less later because pre-order come cheaper than regular orders.

Of course there might be a preview one or two weeks before, but it isn't as
good a move.

Not to mention (but in fact I do) that the progressive revelation of card in
the previews builds up the expectation, provokes discussions on the forum,
all things that are good for the life of the game and the sales.

So in layer's terms : someone get their lazy asses out there and do some
promoting ! NOW !!

Orpheus, going to look at those Heroclix previews... Oh, the expansion comes
out same time as HttB... Which one will I buy first, the one with all the
nice previews or the other one ? Not sure... B]

If the WW website doesn't have it, then I *certainly* don't want
it -- or anything else V:TES related -- posted somewhere else!
The WW website is the appropriate place for this information.

Lasombra's, extrala's, et.al., forums are *excellent* sources for
*many* game-related things, but they shouldn't be and shouldn't
have to be primary sources of game-related information.

Announcement, or something at least to tell us hey, in just over a

I agree completely that there should be something on the White Wolf
VTES page with the appropriate information.
