| I just installed NWN2...argh!! They made it like WOW....why??? I really
liked the way NWN played. And so far, it seems very juvenile instead of
high fantasy This is going to take some getting used to...

| I much prefer NWN2 to the lame NWN1. I don't think I even bothered to
finish the NWN1 campaign.

Must just be a matter of preference..I'm having camera angle problems
moving around and the curved map is giving me fits trying to find things
(I should mention I have vision distortion problems)...aside from tht,
though, the conversatons themselves seem...wat too modern and not in the
spirit of DandD....maybe once I get farther into it it will get better.. |

If you have not done it already go to game options under the Strategy Mode
click on Top Down Camera. This will make it act more like NWN. You can
switch between Character Mode and Strategy Mode using the * key on your
number pad. If you are talking about the round map at top left yes it is
useless. You can get a better map by hitting your M key.

TRhanks...I did do the camera thing...I got some better results by
changing some of the options to lower settings..I think my vid ard wasn
t keeping up. And thanks for the map thing...when I go back in I will
try that..the rounfd thing is driving me crazy and I do use maps a lot... |

they can go in the Mydocuments UI or Overides folder. doesn't matter. M map
