Is Altitude in the Clear on AMC 11?

All the charts I've found show that the main Altitude sports network is
supposedly in the clear on AMC 11, 3800 V, tp 5, SR 29200, 1660 video
and 1620 audio. Yet I can't find it.

Everything I find on that transponder at that SR are all of the
scrambled Hallmark channels and some scrambled Altitude feeds (labeled
channels 25 and 26). Is there nothing in the clear anymore or are the
charts wrong?

Altitude on that sat is Scientific Atlantica encrypted. The only thing
I'm seeing that isn't encrypted on the vertical side of AMC 11 is a
couple of QVC channels. whoopee.
