I let unit sit overnight on G1-03 with power button off, and then
tried to get NET (T4-600s).

The video map for T4-603 (HD) was programmed on 600-602...but audio
maps were correct for each channel. Hence, all you could see was the
HD channel when on the SD channels, but correct audio for each channel
was right one.

There use to be a way (OPT-6-0-5) to reach a sub-menu and reset maps
so all would be refreshed....anyone recall this trick?

thx.

PS: On 920 unit, the higher number channels (T4-613....) came in
clear...I didn't think the 920 unit could pick these up???

This will not do a remap on the 920. You need to go to G1-03, turn the unit
off, and then unplug the unit. Wait about 30 seconds then replug the unit
to AC power. Wait about an hour before turning the unit on.

Also verify that your TDT is not at 1920. Go to Option-6-0-5 and then left
arrow to get to Diagnostics Screen G. The 5th number in the top line is
your TDT count. If it is 1920 you need to do a Master Reset.

I just went ahead and did a Master Reset....and am leaving it on G1
overnight.

I'll try again, after programming the birds, and see what T4
does...something was amiss on T4's map....on other birds, it was OK.

thx

How many 4DTV's in use out there? - I wonder how many 4DTV receivers are in use out there? And, how many 4DTV owners subscribe to the NPS Absolute digital Package? BTW, my actuator have quit and my satellite dealer have to order a new actuator.

Is This All I Need for 4DTV? - I've had my BUD set up for about 10 years consisting of a 10.5' mesh dish, heavy duty actuator, GI 450i and I can't remember which LNB but, I seem to remember I bought a better one than required and think it's 17 or 15 degrees. I just ordered a 922..

4Dtv Lnb - I notice a little bit of tiling, and some garbled audio on My 922.Signal is strong, and changing the channel clears audio up for a while. I have a fairly new but cheap 15 deg LNB and was wondering if anyone has found a high Stability LNB that might clear...

Two new 4dtv channels - FYI, There are two new 4dtv channels, both are on AMC-10 (C4), they are: 605- The Horse TV channel 700- I Music channel (or whatever it is) Does anyone know what is the proper name for the channel 700 is? It looks like the BUD industry will after all..

4DTV channels... - I am using a DSR-920 and why doesn't some of the 4dtv stations list in my guide or in the area to add stations? all the other stations on X4,G1,etc. come in but there a few that do not.. is there something wrong with the mapping part of my 4dtv?? ..
