The Ruksun TFTP API has the capability to read from a file on a remote TFTP server or write to a file on a remote TFTP server. The API follows the protocol specified in RFC 1350. The TFTP API also supports the TFTP options extensions viz block size, timeout value, the transfer size. The option extension follows RFC's 1782, 1783, 1784 respectively.
