The support for Easy Hi-Q is way
below expected, sometimes the
one-man-team developer, publisher,
tech support Rick Roemer will reply
to emails sometimes he won't.
Sometimes you'll get a reply after
about a week. The support is the
worst part of this product. Save
your money and don't purchase it
like I did, big mistake. Once I
started complaining that it doesn't
work in Vista I never heard from him
again, took my money and ran.
Comments: Save your money and buy a product thats supported by someone who actually replies to emails.
