The software can be integrated with any type of email infrastructure, the integration is seamless and completely unnoticeable to end-users. Its search capabilities include searching by sender, recipient and date, but also full-text search by subject or body-text keywords. Any past email message can be recovered. Access to the archive as a whole or to messages of certain sender or recipient can be granted to individual users, thus protecting intellectual property and other sensitive information from unauthorized access.

The software is a full-featured package, there is no need to purchase or install any additional software for individual tasks (database, mail server, web server, full-text indexing and search engine, desktop mail tools etc).
