Purpose

Do you work for a firm or department where you often need to send emails on behalf of a group, as would a help desk associate? Do you want replies to your emails to be sent to every member of a group and not just yourself easily and without having to configure Outlook every time you send a message? Thanks to our software component, it is now possible to incorporate this function into your Outlook email program.

Solution

Our add-in increases the value of Outlook, and provides an easy way to direct the reply-to address of your messages to an address different from your own. Based on your firm's Active Directory (LDAP), our add-in automatically identifies the email address of the group you belong to and inserts it into the appropriate reply-to field of your messages. This way, each member of your group will receive all answers to those messages. In addition, this behaviour can be disactivated for messages you send to internal recipients, should you not wish to apply this function internally.
